NexGen Properties Announces Bennett Elsman as
Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst

DENVER, Colo: NexGen Properties, one of Denver’s premier commercial real estate acquisition, development, and investment firms, today announces the appointment of Bennett Elsman as its Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst.

Elsman is well-suited for his new position with his background in commercial real estate underwriting, finance, brokerage, operations, and due diligence.

Bennett previously served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap, a national real estate brokerage firm, where he oversaw the underwriting of more than $1 billion in commercial retail transactions. He worked with two of Denver’s leading retail brokers, Drew Isaac and Ryan Bowlby, over the last four years. Their team specializes in the investment sale of single-tenant net-lease, sale-leaseback, and shopping centers (neighborhood, community, and power).

Elsman received his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver in the spring of 2021. He is certified in Argus Enterprise and is a member of multiple local industry groups, including NAIOP & DMCAR.
